We can consult on security needs for events and licensed venues, as well as write SOP's for security teams to use when operating at events or venues. We also create evacuation and security plans for events, including location of critical equipment and personnel.

• REVIEW & PLAN

We review current measures, rate effectiveness and look for improvements, as well as testing vulnerabilities.

• IMPLIMENTATION

We specialise in assessing risks associated with the area they are operating from, and will create a personalised risk management plan for clients.

Procedures & Planning

We review current measures and rate effectiveness of measures and look for improvements, as well as test the vulnerabilities of the site by performing stress tests and penetration testing. We also review current SOP's and look to update or improve current measures and write new procedures for sites without existing mobile and foot patrols.

Auditing
